A new book edited by Larry Kreiser et al. (2015), resulting from the INOGOV co-funded Global Conference on Environmental Taxation in Copenhagen in September 2014: Carbon pricing. Design, experiences and issues: critical issues in environmental taxation series. This book reflects upon and further develops the ongoing global debate into how to design carbon pricing, and how to utilize the financial proceeds in the best possible way for society.
