Many from the INOGOV community met in Prague, 4-5th June, to attend the WG4 meeting ‘New directions in climate governance innovation’, hosted by the Department of Social Geography and Regional Development, Charles University. The meeting provided a unique opportunity for INOGOV Management Committee members, recipients of INOGOV funding, and other interested scholars, to meet and discuss the activities completed during the first year of the Action, and the proposed activities for the year ahead. Representatives from 21 of the 26 INOGOV countries attended, and presentations were given by researchers from all funded activities, as well as two excellent key note speakers: Prof Frans Berkhout (King’s College London) – ‘Climate Governance and Knowledge Networks’; and Prof Liliana Andonova (Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva) – ‘Twenty five years of climate cooperation and policy. What have we learned?’
